Shipping policy

The carrier (FedEx, UPS, or a regional provider) will be automatically selected based on your shipping address. Availability of shipping options may vary depending on the destination, including PO Boxes, Armed Services locations, and outlying territories.

Orders received by 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while the 2-day shipping option ensures delivery within 2 business days.

During checkout, you will see the total price in Canadian dollars, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, before placing your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars as displayed at checkout. Deliveries to Canadian addresses do not require a signature upon receipt.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Packages are not shipped from our distribution centers on weekends or on the following Canadian holidays:
